Good place to stay. Heating and water is included, that’s a HUGE plus. The handymen typically show up in 24 hours after a service request is acknowledged. The rent is fairly priced and is excellent for students. Cumberland farms (24hrs) is within walking distance and so is Atkin Farms for good groceries. Easily accessible by two bus stops so accessibility is Excellent as well.

Mostly all the apartments are occupied by college going students. Bedrooms are spacious enough to share for two persons. Heating system works well. This is one of the best places if you are looking for a stay near campus. Two bus stops nearby and two grocery stores as well for urgent needs. Also there is a lake with a mini crossing over it.

Very close to campus. On 3 bus routes (30,31,33). Spacious rooms with balcony and heating included. Accessible pool, beautiful pond to relax by. Cumberland and small pizza stores and restaurants nearby.

Really liked the area. Highly spacious, a lot of greenery, and a convenient store nearby. Dominated by university students 🙂 but you will definitely like it 🙂
