A co-signor will be required if minimum credit cannot be established. Credit is usually established by proof of regular and reliable income which is at least equal to four times the total rent of the unit.

Pets are not allowed. No more than 1 parking permit will be issued to a one bedroom apartment and no more than 2 parking permits will be issued to a two bedroom apartment.

It is understood that the landlord has permission to check any references or information on this application.
